Dr. Mary Gallagher is a psychologist in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn specializing in anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, mindfulness, and compulsive behaviors. At the heart of her practice is a focus on helping clients, particularly those with anxiety or depression, with emotion regulation by helping them build skills to identify and change how they feel.
