Matianna enjoys helping adults of all ages find balance, purpose, and meaning in their lives, including college students, Millennials/Generation Z, and other professionals. Many of Matianna’s clients have achieved goals and milestones. Yet with everything to be grateful for, they do not feel satisfied. Matianna's clients develop clarity on what brings them fulfillment and how to achieve it.
In addition to being a licensed therapist, Matianna is also certified as a yoga teacher and holds a Black Belt in martial arts. She also conducts coaching sessions to aid her clients in streamlining and prioritizing what matters most.
Matianna is seeing clients via telehealth online videoconference. Saturday appointments are also available in addition to weekdays. Matianna is in-network with United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Oscar, Optum, and Oxford insurance plans.
