Message to clients

A collaborative therapeutic alliance is a powerful and essential way to support you in realizing your treatment objectives. It can be seen as a first step and is necessary to create a harmonious and trusting therapeutic relationship. By being authentic and establishing trust, we can open the door to quality rapport, which helps to enhance motivation and, ultimately, the success of therapy. I know not one approach to treatment works for everyone, so I have been trained in multiple areas that can help you achieve your goals. In this space, I will work with you so that you can unpack your vulnerabilities and move toward healing.
