Message to clients

For the best therapy experience the two main pieces are: finding a type of therapy that is effective for your particular needs at this time, and finding a therapist who you feel comfortable being open and honest with. I have a very non-judgmental approach and will help guide you to face challenges and grow while feeling supported along the way. During our initial consultation call, I'm happy to answer questions about therapy in general and to try to help you to find the best match to suit your needs -- whether that is with me or somebody else!
