Message to clients

Sometimes it is not easy to ask for help, whether dealing with small issues that life presents or with more complicated situations that can arise. Through identifying your natural strengths and emphasizing a solution-based approach, my primary goal as your therapist is to guide you towards finding your own truth and meaning, as well as meeting you where you are at through the process of self-discovery.

Through my approach, I focus on utilizing a combination person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and systemic and family-oriented therapies in guiding you towards creating realistic solutions to a given dilemma. The beautiful thing about these approaches is that they allow me the opportunity to truly get to know your story and collaboratively create a unique approach to therapy that best fits you. I am confident that you can pursue a path that you are truly proud of, and I look forward to guiding you every step of the way.

From previous encounters with the clients that I serve, I would be described as dependable, understanding, professional, accountable, compassionate, and collaborative. One of the greatest strengths that I value when serving others is developing a working relationship and alliance; together, we can accomplish the goals that we set together during session.
