Whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, and/or trauma. I will incorporate proven scientific therapies that will give you the skills you need to overcome distressing emotions, thoughts, and/or situations.

As social beings, connection is one of the most powerful keys to a joyful life. I focus on helping clients discover relationship patterns and attachment styles in order to help each person develop and maintain healthy connections with self, others, and aspects of daily living.

In my therapeutic work, I utilize evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy.
