Message to clients

Depression, anxiety, and trauma are teachers and thieves. They point toward the issues we need to work through, but until that happens, they steal our vitality.

However, human beings can change. The seeds of your growth are alive in you, including right now in your decision to consider therapy. Those seeds would guide our conversations, with a focus on emotion, recurring themes, and interpersonal relationships.

Our collaborative work will strive to bring forward the best parts of you.
