Message to clients

Deciding to start or return to therapy after a hiatus can feel confusing, exhausting, or intimidating. But, it is a big step towards self-care. The reasons that bring you to treatment may vary: You are going through a transition, or feeling stuck. You feel sad, depressed or anxious, isolated. You may not feel like yourself lately. You may want to work on improving your relationships, whether it is family, a partner, or friendships.

I draw from different clinical approaches to provide the best possible care for my patients. Finding the right fit can make all the difference. We can schedule a consultation to see if what I offer can meet your needs.
