Professional statement

Meg Asselin works with women, men and children faced with relationship struggles. Her bodymind holistic health approach integrates physical movement, nutrition and emotional wellness, with a faith-based or existential vantage.

Message to clients

Women issues, intimacy, parenting, career/life stress, and family life are where a few core issues surface for my clients and where I help to resolve. Are you a new mom struggling to balance it all? Or a woman just facing relationship dissatisfaction? Life transitions are hard. Managing stress is key to optimizing your family life with work life with a relationship that feeds you and those your care about. Men, too, struggle when work/family conflicts arise causing distance, separation and lack of intimacy and connection.

Holism (mindbody health) looks at the whole. Relationship is so important to our individual mental wellness which ties in the holistic solutions that have the greatest impact on a successful outcome to creating the lifestyle that supports your mental health. We will not just "treat" your identified problem. We will build a lifestyle of holistic health the offers long term lifestyle solutions.

Together, we will find the liestyle solution that integrates physical health (body) and emotional health (mind) while exploring elements of human faith (soul) often necessary to tie it all together for you. Let's not "treat" a disease. Let's build mental wellness.
