Message to clients

Hello, I have been a Clinical Social Worker for over 30 years and my background includes the treatment of a broad range of issues including anxiety and depression, life transition concerns, aging and loss. My priority has always been to establish a treatment relationship based on respect for the life story you bring to therapy and finding solutions to alleviate what continues to cause pain in your life.

There are many modalities of treatment and successful therapy happens when we work together to find the balance and focus which will meet your needs. Therapy can be difficult, but creativity, humor and positive self care are important ingredients to make it a successful experience. I look forward to meeting you and working together to help you create your best life.
