Professional statement

I believe in meeting people where they are at. Some clients come to me with a clear idea of their goals for therapy while others don’t know where to start. There are situations in life that are difficult to navigate alone and I believe that providing a safe space to work through the challenges life throws at us is crucial.

I have extensive experience working with the geriatric population as well as helping adult clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. My integrative approach includes multiple modalities depending on the needs of the client.

I offer a warm and empathetic approach to therapy. I am laid back and do not have a particular structure or expectation for sessions. My clients have often told me I help them feel understood, comfortable discussing sensitive issues, and to consider things from a different angle.
