Message to clients

Everyone has a unique story. Therapy is a safe place to come and deeply explore that story. We all get stuck from time to time in patterns of unhealthy thinking, behaving, and relating, and sometimes we need help changing those patterns. Therapy works in such a way that you gain insight into areas of your life and leave feeling empowered.

Therapy sessions with me are a combination of talking things through, and learning ways to cope out in the world. Together, we help you find joy in life again. And we always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don't feel ready to be.

I offer support, validation, empathy, and a safe and respectful place to share dreams, hopes, fears, and triumphs. I will help you accurately assess your challenges and identify ways you can change, capitalizing on the strengths you already have and encouraging you to build new ones.

My passion and purpose is to help you (1) build confidence, (2) find clarity in getting what you truly want in life (3) get inspired to take action towards building the life of your dreams, and (4) empower you to believe you are enough!

You are welcome to use the Zencare scheduling tool, or you can reach out to me directly through the footer contact form on my website if you'd like to talk to me sooner. Usually I am able to respond same day or within 24 hours.

I look forward to hearing from you!
