Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSWMegan Fenyoe, LCSW has been a therapist for over 15 years as well as a Best Selling Author and an Air Force Veteran. She provided mental health and substance abuse treatment to active duty and veterans while she while she was an officer in the Air Force.
Megan works with individuals, families and adolescents in the areas of substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship and adjustment problems, chronic pain, communication and emotion regulation.
Megan has extensive training in CBT and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) as well as intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She uses evidence-based treatments to help clients foster more effective coping skills, enhance mindfulness practice, change habits, improve communication and relationships, and challenge problematic patterns.

Domestic violence - Caring support along the pathway to safety, wellbeing, and healing for those surviving a partner’s abusive attempts to control one’s thoughts, beliefs, and actions
Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Self-esteem - Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect
Emotion regulation - Learning how to effectively manage the ups and downs of intense emotions; developing coping skills to use in a variety of settings to calm oneself and to give an appropriate amount of space to emotions
