Megan Fenyoe, LCSW has been a therapist for over 15 years as well as a Best Selling Author and an Air Force Veteran. She provided mental health and substance abuse treatment to active duty and veterans while she while she was an officer in the Air Force.
Megan works with individuals, families and adolescents in the areas of substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship and adjustment problems, chronic pain, communication and emotion regulation.
Megan has extensive training in CBT and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) as well as intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Emotion regulation - Learning how to effectively manage the ups and downs of intense emotions; developing coping skills to use in a variety of settings to calm oneself and to give an appropriate amount of space to emotions
