Megan will resume outdoor sessions, as well as in-person appointments at Pasadena practice, when possible
Megan Oesterreich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who welcomes adults, teens, parents, and families to her practice in Los Angeles, CA. Many of her clients come in when they find they’re repeatedly facing issues with romantic or platonic relationships; others are grappling with recurring irritability or general melancholy and depression.
Oftentimes, clients find their emotional concerns coincide with health and wellness issues. In conjunction with traditional "talk" therapy, Megan is uniquely able to provide nutritional therapy to foster client recovery or growth on a holistic level. Additionally, she offers walking or hiking sessions for clients who wish to incorporate the benefits of nature into their sessions.
Megan works with clients as they sharpen their self-perspective and make sense of their personal narratives. She guides them towards seeing the origins of barriers or unsuccessful behaviors, which may include unexplored trauma history. Megan is trained in mindfulness practices and trauma-informed care, and takes a strengths-based approach, which allows for a safe and empowering therapeutic relationship.
Warm, collaborative, and inviting, Megan is passionate about assisting her clients through all parts of their health journey. She looks forward to meeting you.
