Meghan Morley is a Pennsylvania LPC and the owner of Cognitive Pursuits LLC. She has a passion for partnering with athletes and high achieving professionals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance misuse, and other stressors to improve their mental health & well-being, while enhancing their mental performance. She takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to her sessions to create an environment of growth and healing.

Meghan works with her clients through her 4Ps for Mental Health & Performance framework: Person, Pursuit, Position, & Purpose. This 4Ps framework is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, & Existential Psychotherapy to help clients make impactful behavioral changes, gain a deeper connection to their emotions, think in a more helpful way, and understand the impact of their environment to achieve their goals and seek fulfillment.

Meghan earned her Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive continuing education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among other interventions. She has eight years of experience working with individuals with opioid use disorder in Philadelphia at Thomas Jefferson University and affiliated hospitals and is an expert in Medication Assisted Treatment. Meghan is also an Adjunct Professor in the Saint Joseph's University master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.

When Meghan launched Cognitive Pursuits, it was because of her own experience as an athlete and a drive to support high achieving individuals looking to both heal and grow simultaneously - which is possible! At Cognitive Pursuits, all sessions are held virtually, so you can be anywhere convenient for you in the state of Pennsylvania. Weekend appointments are available upon request. Insurance is not accepted, but reduced-fee spots are available upon request if open.
