Melissa Jardin is a licensed marriage and family therapist with an office in Union Square, New York. She works with adult individuals and couples, specializing in issues around grief, loss of a parent, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, sexuality, infidelity, self-esteem and relationship dissatisfaction. She also has experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, as well as people in, or considering, poly relationships.

Melissa is resource-focused and is dedicated to making her clients feel empowered by presenting them with their choices and encouraging their autonomy. In session, she is open-minded and supportive. Making changes or getting through transitions can be hard; with an open-minded perspective I can meet you in this place. I offer a holistic approach, focusing on resources that work for you. I offer support in creating a deeper understanding of your interpersonal world, which can lead to feeling more satisfaction in relationships with self and others.
