What is most important to you? What do you value most in your life? I believe identifying these things are essential to being true to ourselves and living a fulfilled life. Getting to this place is a process but one you do not need be alone in. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families. As a professional counselor with a background in marriage and family therapy I utilize various therapeutic models and techniques to help my clients process their trauma, struggles and relationships. As a family therapist I strive to help families understand and manage the complex dynamics within their family system.

My approach is strength based and action oriented. I believe in the power of communication and relationships. I am trained in various therapeutic models and provide individualized treatment to all my clients. I believe the client is the expert and I am here to guide you and empower you.

I provide a safe, non judgmental and open space for you to get closer to your values and living that life you deserve. If you feel like you have tried everything and nothing has worked I am here to give you something else to try!

Climate anxiety - Coping with the unique stress created by climate change, including managing any overwhelming feelings of impending disaster and finding outlets for advocacy

Worry - Learning how worry shows up in one’s life and exploring how worry impacts daily life, relationships, and wellbeing; developing coping skills to mitigate the impacts of worry

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
