Message to clients

I believe therapy is best done when we are as comfortable as possible. I like to focus on rapport-building first and fostering the clinical bond. By prioritizing the relationship and building trust, you will be more comfortable opening up in session. I also use a blend of various modalities tailored to your needs and experiences.

I have a very relaxed personality, and I take the time to really get to know you and understand your concerns and goals. I have a background in creative arts therapies, so I love to use various forms of art and media to help you work through feelings and past experiences.

You will notice a greater ease at opening up about emotions. Past experiences may still be painful but will be easier to talk about and work through. The goal is that these memories become less heavy on you.
