Michelle has been working in the mental health field for the last seven and half years and is passionate about helping others. Michelle has worked with mentors and leaders in the field and continues to learn and grow to improve her skills to best help her clients. Currently Michelle is seeing clients in person at her office in Garden Ridge and also sees clients via telehealth.

First, I know it takes courage to come to see a counselor and to talk about challenging things and I want you to know that I create a safe space to promote processing and healing for my clients and my goal is to offer encouragement and support throughout your time in counseling, working together to best meet your needs. I use a variety of different strategies, techniques and theories and will use my experience to help best support you where you are today. My hope is that from our work together you will develop a higher sense of self and a better understanding of your emotional wellbeing and leave our time together with a tool box filled with strategies and ideas to help you live your best life.
