Message to clients

I believe that we all have our very unique and intrinsic desires that continuously evolve within ourselves as our lives unfold. When we have been in an adverse situation, whether it’s due to our own internal issues or difficult circumstances, we may fall out of touch with our desires. And when that happens it not only can perpetuate our troubling situations but we may become feeling unsure and unable to navigate through those situations creatively and with authority – so we feel stuck or helpless. In my work with clients, helping them unearth their desires and motivations is very essential – because it provides them an opportunity to re-assess their important values in life, make necessary shifts in their priorities, and create a mobility to actually move toward what’s really meaningful to them.

I work in a close collaboration with clients, where I help them initiate various forms of dialogues within their selves in search of deepening insights or moving forward from troubling situations. If there’s anyone who is interested in finding a therapy space where they can work on connecting their desires and meanings with specific problem solving issues, I’d love to hear from them.
