Molly has the unique experience of working with young adults with intellectual, physical and mental disabilities to help them improve their day-to-day lives and manage the challenges that they face. She is able to approach situations in a calm, supportive manner that gives her clients the sense of comfortability, while simultaneously acting immediately and effectively when necessary. Molly prioritizes being her true, authentic self while in session and encourages her clients to do the same as she believes it opens up the door to a strong therapeutic relationship.

I believe that one of the most important traits of a healthy therapeutic relationship is authenticity. I prioritize being my authentic self in every session, and I invite you to challenge yourself to be the same. I am both a listener and collaborator in your healing and growth journey and will ensure you have a safe, comfortable space to explore your past and plan for your future.

Adjustment difficulties & disorders - Support around adapting to new and/or challenging life circumstances; skill-building for improved stress management and reduction of anxiety.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Autism spectrum disorder - Support understanding the diagnosis and related challenges and strengths; skill-building in areas of daily routine, transitions, coping with overwhelming sensory experiences, social skills, and emotion identification and regulation

Domestic violence - Caring support along the pathway to safety, wellbeing, and healing for those surviving a partner’s abusive attempts to control one’s thoughts, beliefs, and actions

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
