Dr. Molly Zale Oxman is a licensed clinical psychologist. She has been practicing for 15+ years in a variety of healthcare settings. She provides individual, telehealth therapy. As a member of PsyPact, she is able to work with patients in any of the 42 PsyPact participating states.

She specializes in helping older adolescents and adults navigate the complexities of depression, anxiety and mood disorders. She also has extensive experience helping individuals through relationship conflicts, boundary setting and life transitions. She believes in a collaborative, person centered approach to therapy where her patients are the experts on their own lives. She sees her role as providing guidance, support and tools to help her patients better understand and manage their experiences.

Dr. Oxman emphasizes practical behavioral strategies and combines evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for her patients' unique stories and perspectives. Whether they are dealing with overwhelming stress, feeling stuck, or facing significant transitions, Dr. Oxman aims to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where collaboratively she and her patients can explore the thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns that may be contributing to daily struggles.

She is committed to helping her patients build a deeper awareness of themselves, develop new coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Her goal is to empower her patients to not only overcome challenges, but also to grow and thrive as they move forward on their path.
