Monica Nastasi Osborne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. She sees clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mindfulness, relationships, life transitions, and mind-body alignment. Her particular area of specialty is combining traditional talk therapy with mindfulness practices, including meditation and breathwork. She highlights the importance of the mind-body connection, helping clients feel more attuned to sensations and grounding in the body. And as a Somatic Experiencing Therapist, Monica works directly with the nervous system of clients, exploring and healing trauma that is stuck in the body
Monica offers a holistic approach to mental and physical well-being, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique concerns. As a Reiki Master, she also offers gentle hands-on sessions to alleviate physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. Monica is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment, conducive to facilitating healing and growth. In the office will often be a sweet (hypoallergenic and non-shedding) therapy dog, unless otherwise requested.
