Professional statement

Monique is a therapist with extensive training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT. Monique has worked with several populations, including but not limited to; veterans, college students, people who struggle with addiction, couples, families, people struggling with marginalized identities as well as those looking to improve their quality of life, by way of personal growth, or trauma resolution.

The approach that Monique employs is from a humanistic perspective. She understands the importance of respect and safety to the explorative process of being in therapy. CBT is utilized as a proven and effective way to treat a myriad of disorders, or simply to grow in perspective as an individual or as a member of a family unit/romantic partnership.

Monique is licensed and fully credentialed. Monique’s practice is currently accepting new clients. Availability is limited. Once availability has filled, there is a waitlist that potential clients could be added to if appropriate and necessary. Monique typically operates during the hours of 9a.m. through 5p.m. with the potential for sessions outside of business hours being limited and by agreement only. All appointments are virtual.
