Message to clients

Welcome! My name is Montinique, psychotherapist.

Perhaps you're nervous, unsure about starting or restarting therapy. Often in therapy it can feel as if the therapist is in charge. However, at Therapy is Becoming, your voice matter, because this is your session. This means you decide what you hope to gain from our time together. In our sessions we will freely discuss what is on your mind and important to you.

As your therapist, my best hopes are you feel heard, understood, respected and most importantly free of judgement. I wanted to help others like myself "intentionally heal" through forming a connection.

Therapy is a process of self-discovery, growth, and intentional healing. Therapy Works if You Work It! I look forward to accompanying you on this mental wellness journey.
