Message to clients

I specialize in making people feel understood and unstuck. I've found that most of us already have what it takes to move past the challenges and sometimes we can't get there on our own. I specialize in working with teens and families as well as individuals and couples to seek understanding and clarity to reach a happy healthy outcome. Often clients will come to me feeling in distress or some kind of emotional pain experiencing depression, anxiety, feelings of stress, and being unsure or hopeless. A lot of times it's the communication or other barriers that get In the way. All of which are common and treatable.

I work with people from a warm and empathetic approach and my goal is to connect with you as a way to help guide the process. I find that collaborating helps me understand your needs better and allows for an authentic connection. For my teens and families, I believe that change in the family is possible and every family is capable of this change. I explore and uncover barriers within the relationship between teens and parents individually or with the family as a whole through the process to help families form an authentic bond. My goal is to get to know you and create a safe space to create change.
