I specialize in counseling couples and individuals. I have experience counseling students/international students, marginalized communities (South Asian, Middle Eastern, BIPOC, LGBTQ+), entrepreneurs and C-Suite executives, clients in the consulting and finance industry, and folx from the queer community
I am a big believer in meeting the client where they are with a holistic and integrative approach incorporating psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral, client-affirmative, and narrative therapy training.
Born and raised in the Middle East and South Asia, I moved to the US as an international student. I have a master's in clinical psychology from NYU, a master's in strategic management from Harvard, and a bachelor's in math from UT Austin. In addition to psychotherapy, I have been counseling Fortune 500 executives and startup founders for the past 12 years.
