Nahdee Sharpe(She/Her/Hers)

Nahdee Sharpe is an Independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker credentialed in Rhode Island. Nahdee received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work Degree from Rhode Island College.

She specializes in Behavioral Management, Trauma Systems Therapy, Eating Disorder Care, and Chronic Pain Management, in addition to other mental health concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment, and other disorders. Nahdee's primary approach to care is Client Centered Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Talk Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Family Base Therapy.

Nahdee's work experience has privileged her with working with young men and women between the ages of 12 and 17 in a group home setting with a trauma system approach, with families (parents and children) who have struggled with substance use and are involved with the court system, in the hospital as an Emergency and Psychiatric Social Worker, as a Counselor at the University of RI supporting student with academic, family and stressors due to life's transitions. Nahdee continues to grow in her skills, working as a therapist, helping couples and individuals, running groups, and doing workshops for companies/practices needing whole-group support.
