Nancy's approach is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jungian, Adlerian Therapy -evidence-based approaches that help's clients understand that every thought is a force sent out, and client's have an absolute choice of which thoughts are getting empowered. Client's are encouraged to process past feelings that hold them back and move toward better feeling thoughts and actions. Client's pay attention on how family dynamics have shaped their lives and how it affects their present lives.
