Message to clients

Life is hard. For leaders, it can be even harder. And sometimes--even despite our best efforts--life sometimes leaves us feeling stressed, confused, scared, sad or overwhelmed.

Struggling with corporate stress or anxiety? Relationship challenges? Depression? Old hurts from the past you can no longer ignore? Difficult family dynamics? Work or personal life issues? Do you need a space where it's ok to NOT be ok? Ever think to yourself, "There must be more than this", but need help discovering what that looks like for YOU? If so, you are not alone.

I am a licensed counselor & therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people heal, grow, transform, and find true peace. In addition to providing traditional "talk therapy" and counseling services, I specialize in serving the needs of Black/African-American professionals, leaders, executives and entrepreneurs to help them navigate life's challenges.

We often hear that when life gets tough you should "power through" and "never let them see you sweat". The simple truth? Seeking help and support when needed is one of the most courageous things you may ever do.

YOU deserve true peace. If this resonates, please reach out to schedule a no-cost, phone consultation today.
