With a holistic approach to mental health care, Natalie is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their feelings and navigate life’s challenges. Specializing in working with couples, families, and the LGBTQ+ community, Natalie addresses a wide range of issues, including relationship conflicts, infidelity, communication breakdowns, and family dynamics. Natalie also provides individualized support to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-esteem. Natalie believes in honoring the unique experiences of each client, tailoring their approach to foster understanding, healing, and growth.

Integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
