Professional statement

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed, I believe there is hope for you to feel better by learning strategies to cope with these difficult feelings. I will work with you to help you understand yourself better and to learn tools you can use to make positive changes in your life and relationships. As a therapist, I value individuality my primary goal is to meet clients where they are and empower them to live authentically. Therefore, I personalize my therapeutic practice utilizing strengths-based, mindfulness, creative and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapies.

I offer a non-judgmental, objective and confidential environment to explore thoughts and feelings and uncover patterns that may be preventing you from being where you want to be in your life. I have 7 years experience helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families, focusing on a variety of issues including relationship/family issues, anxiety, finances, adjustment disorders, grief, medical conditions and stress, depression, and trauma.

Message to clients

Getting through the day can be one of the toughest challenges. If you are caring for a parent, spouse, child, or other loved one, you may feel isolated, exhausted, overwhelmed, and unappreciated. You may even have your own health issues to manage on top of it all. Finding time for yourself is essential, but often seems impossible. Others may have unrealistic expectations and judgments they put on you. Daily life can leave you feeling depleted at the end of the day.

Together we will work towards achieving your goals to foster resilience and positive change. We are a team and we will work on what you feel is most important for you and I’ll help you every step of the journey.
