She/Her/Hers
Master of Arts (MA) - Clinical Mental Health Counseling Licensed Professional Counselor, LPCI am currently accepting new clients.
Natalie Worobel is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Denver, CO, who works primarily with adults, parents, and teens focusing on personal empowerment and digital media overuse (social media, gaming, porn, shopping, and information/entertainment). Many of her clients have accomplished a number of their life goals but struggle to develop balance, feel connected in their relationships, or have a sense of peace in their lives. Common topics of discussion include identifying harmful patterns, setting boundaries, being more assertive, and discovering authentic ways to have one’s needs met.
Therapy sessions with Natalie are insight-oriented and skills-based. She is intentional about balancing her role as both someone who provides support and someone who challenges. In order to identify the practical strategies and the insight needed to approach situations with a new perspective Natalie helps her clients gain new awareness of their emotional and relationship patterns. She works with clients to explore their core beliefs about themselves, others, and the relational systems they exist within to tailor her approach to fit each client’s unique life journey.
Natalie is focused on ensuring that her clients see real progress. Her style is interactive, non-judgmental, and collaborative. As an expert in digital media overuse and addiction, Natalie is sensitive to the influence compulsive behaviors have on the individual who struggles with them and the effects this has on their loved ones. An overarching theme in her work is supporting clients to become empowered by discovering ways they can take ownership of their lives.
As a seasoned telehealth provider, Natalie offers the convenience of remote sessions to help make therapy a core component of your self-care routine. She is committed to maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice, which serves as a safe harbor for people who identify as LGBTQIA and the global majority.
