Message to clients

A fundamental cause of “dis-ease” is disconnection, whether that be disconnection from self, loved ones, or from one’s own source and power. Oftentimes, this disconnection is also rooted in a disconnection from the body. My work stems from the principle that the body, mind, and spirit are interwoven.

Our symptoms, whether depression, burnout, anxiety, grief, or trauma-related, are also in response to a pained world which is also on the precipice of change. Becoming whole means finding ways to continue to be in relationship with the wise parts that are hurting. Individual therapy is a space to examine and decondition harmful and limiting programming and to reclaim integrity and wholeness. You are your own best healer and I look forward to accompanying you on your journey to greater ease and coherence.
