Natasha Walter-Fisk is a warm, sincere person. She is passionate about healing emotional pain and trauma, supports cross-cultural understanding, loves to combine work, travel and the outdoors.

She serves people in California, Colorado, Minnesota and international locations. She lived in San Francisco, Oakland, Marin, Colorado, Minnesota and was expat for two years each in England, Italy and Poland.

She is highly qualified, with expertise in EMDR and IFS to help with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, negative thinking and relationship issues. Natasha has a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, became a therapist in 2005, started private practice in 2013, online since 2018.

Confidentiality is important to her, using Zoom, Acuity, Proton email HIPAA and GDPR compliant platforms with privacy and confidentiality agreements.

Natasha strives to be anti-racist. She acknowledges the land we are on was taken from Native American tribes and bands and gives thanks to those who steward it and their ancestors and acknowledges the effects of racism and oppression. Natasha is culturally humble, LGBTQI2S+ ally, sex positive, kink, poly welcoming, open minded.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based therapy endorsed by the Veterans Administration and World Health Organization. Natasha uses it to deal with triggers from memories stored in the brain, body and emotions; PTSD; trauma and adverse experiences; reducing distress and negative self-concepts.

She also uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) to resolve internal conflict. The idea of IFS is that we are a mosaic of parts that have our best interests at heart. When we work with them, release pain from the past and integrate that healing, our inner critic becomes positive, our inner child heals, we feel better. We are freed to be who we want to be and live the life we .

I hold 5 spots for clients living in poverty, Black, Native American and People of Color, international aid workers, front line workers, military and family and clients in international locations earning income at local economy rates.
