Message to clients

We all need others in order to better see ourselves. In our sessions we will work together to create a space built upon trust that fosters growth and insight. Good therapy is dynamic, and sometimes I'll be there to listen, reflect, and support, other times I'll be more active and inquisitive.

I work with a select number of people, which allows me to focus intently on our process.

I take a holistic approach to therapy and see the person within their environment. I am drawn towards humanistic and psychodynamic theory, and work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, loss, and more.

If you are feeling down or numb, stressed or overwhelmed, then I can help you. You are making a brave decision just by reaching out to learn more.
