Many of her clients are those experiencing challenges with life transitions such as graduating, retiring from sport, career changes, or having a new child. Many of her clients experience tension between their authentic selves and the societal pressures and expectations their environments have placed upon them. Her clients are often trying to integrate, learn, and love their identity in an unforgiving world.
Niamh utilize’s relational and attachment evidence-based modalities including: existential; internal family systems (IFS); cognitive behavioral; solution-focused, and client-centered play therapy to optimally work towards her client’s specific goals.
