Freedom from Your Past, a Path to the Future!

In-person/ Face to Face in Colorado Springs and online throughout Colorado.

In our sessions we will ride the line between spirituality and psychology. You will learn to be comfortable with discomfort. I will help you connect with yourself on a deeper level. We will uncover your patterns, learn how to implement boundaries, and develop a relationship with yourself. From the minute we meet we will be building a relationship based on trust and authenticity. I strive to create a place where you can be yourself. A place that feels safe to face the things you avoid.

Together, we will help you develop a witness of your life and experiences. You will gain the ability to connect with the present moment and calm your nervous system. You will learn to accept things as they are instead of the way you might want them to be. I will teach your how to regulate your emotions and process past trauma. You will stop ruminating and learn to trust your body and regain your intuition. We rebuild the way you see yourself, others, and the world. I have seen this transformation in my clients and want you to experience the true joy life has to offer.

If you are done looking for shortcuts and ready to put in the work to free yourself from your past, I have your back!

Message to clients

I personally know what’s its like to struggle. I have also been helping clients heal from trauma for over a decade. I have faced trauma from both my childhood and a tour in combat. I was inspired to help others by the difficulty and frustration of finding someone who truly understood my struggle and a way forward. Most people approached the problem to treat the symptoms. They asked about my thoughts, pushed medication, and could never seem to get to the root of my suffering. I knew deep down that there had to be a better way.

I know how to help you because I have walked the many paths toward wholeness. I have reached the dead-ends, experienced the setbacks, and discovered that all of the answers are already inside of us. I want to be the person who helps you find this kind of serenity. It is my passion and highest purpose to help you heal and become more conscious. Reaching out is the hardest part. Contact me today and we can begin your healing journey.
