Professional statement

Nichole orients her work toward big-hearted, hard working men and women who have a secret desire to heal and grow. She helps individuals to quickly uncover internal resources and gently untangle sources of stress and symptoms. She specializes in treating depression (adjustment, major, and bi polar), anxiety (transitional, generalized, trauma based), and post trauma impacts (acute stress, PTSD, C PTSD). She has a particular interest in working with individuals who identify ADHD neurodivergence co occuring with the above.

Nichole’s extensive training, deep presence, and calming spirit infuse all of her offerings- brief therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), retreats, EMDR intensives, and psychedelic integration services. She invites you to take your next small (ahem, hardest) step to peace, confidence, and feeling like yourself again (or for the very first time).

Nichole has been learning and teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for the last 14 years, and over the last nine years has engaged in the rigorous training required to earn certification as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)Teacher via Brown University and EMDR Therapist Certification via EMDRIA. She is staying up to date on options for psychedelic assisted psychotherapy and partners with Journey Clinical and local experts to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Psychedelic Integration services.

Nichole is licensed to work with clients in CO and OH. She has an office for in person sessions in beautiful Ridgway, CO, offers telehealth, and occasionally offers classes, workshops, and retreats in OH and CO.

I offer a holistic approach to to growth, healing, and understanding common mental health and emotional challenges like anxiety, post traumatic stress, mood issues, burnout, risk for burnout, and anger issues. We work together from the inside out at a pace that is comfortable for you.

I initially work with clients for 3-6 sessions, during which time, you can expect noticeable shifts. Initial sessions may be just what folks need, others decide to continue with KAP, retreats, or intensives. Taking the first steps to reach out for support and guidance can be the hardest part of the healing journey. I have been there. And I have tools, resources, and much compassion to share with you. Take that next small step that is the hardest to take.

I am currently scheduling phone consults with clients interested in brief therapy, KAP, EMDR intensives, and/or Winter Retreat.
