Message to clients

I am so glad you’re here! I am passionate about helping you discover your own power to create positive change. My philosophy of psychotherapy is a collaborative, active process that focuses on your strengths and values. The ultimate goal is to empower and inspire you to increase your quality of life.

Following an initial assessment, I will provide a detailed, individualized plan that we will use together to decide our direction for care. I provide clear and direct communication along with the integration of measurements to determine progress in treatment. Between sessions, it is essential that you practice the concepts and skills we discuss in order to drive real change. Therapist's note

Although I do not accept insurance, you can request reimbursement for out-of-network benefits through your insurance company. Out-of-network means that your insurance may reimburse part of your service fees at their discretion. Most clients are reimbursed 60-100% of session fees, depending on the insurance and deductible criteria. This means that if your deductible has been met, your out-of-pocket cost could be comparable to an insurance co-pay. If you're interested in using your out-of-network benefit, I can provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance company, known as a superbill. Let's talk about how easy this process can be including tips from other clients during our free phone consultation.
