Message to clients

Welcome to my practice! You found the right place, if you are ready to dive deep to find deeper meaning and purpose in your life as well as integrate your spiritual awakenings, deepening your intimacy with yourself and others, process cultural and personal traumas, navigate losses in your life and manage anxiety, stress, burn-out and depression to have joyful connections and better communication with your family, friends, children and partners and find purposeful self-expression through work.

I help people to deeply listen inside and let their choices be based on what is true for them. Clients learn to love and accept themselves more fully by understanding the impact of the past, and what is alive in them in the present. Stress, anxiety, anger, depression and grief management are part of the work as well as looking at communication with ourselves and others and working through shame and guilt that hinder our self-expression. We transform old beliefs that are based in fear into scripts of love.

I support you to understand your choices, dreams and relationships to create more balance and expand your choices in life.

I support you in major life transitions and transformations.

I support you to be more joyful and free while learning to be with the pain and grief.

I support you in matching your soul's longings and being with what is, while making changes that you desire.

The biggest gift you can give to the world is being yourself! Faced with shadow, graced with light!
