Through a trauma informed lens, she holds space for her clients and uses a variety of therapeutic techniques Loss and grief, whether perceived to be big or small, is a part of life. Reframing and using practical applications can help with this process.
With over 20 years of experience in health care, Nicole Adelman has worked with individuals and families with chronic illnesses and supported end of life care and those who are grieving. Supporting health care workers, first responders and their families is also an area of interest along with those facing life transitions as well as significant life events.
