Message to clients

I deeply believe each person should define who they are and how they want others to see them while loving and accepting themselves. If that is something you struggle with, I’m here, ready to help you learn concrete strategies to make that a reality in your life!

I support my clients to decrease negative thought processes and fully recognize and utilize their strengths. I mostly employ strategies from a strengths-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but sessions with me are driven by YOUR needs. We can delve into your past as much as you like or stay focused on current struggles you are experiencing in your life. I have experience supporting a range of clients – from people with long-term mental illnesses to people experiencing new symptoms / traumatic life events. Ultimately, I focus on problem solving and skill-building so you can quickly feel the impact of your sessions in your daily life and discover more self-fulfillment and love.

I offer a complimentary 15-min phone consultation to potential new clients.
