I enjoy being able to work with individuals, couples and families to find relief and find a way towards more positive points in their life by working on their therapeutic and life goals. I hope to work alongside you in being able to accomplish your goals. My experience and hope is to work with children, adolescents, middle aged, senior adults, couples and families finding their way through the struggles that they face within their lives. I have experience in helping individuals with a number of diagnoses and interpersonal concerns.
I find the best approach is utilizing many therapeutic interventions including a strengths based approach and trauma informed care. Through psychotherapy/talk therapy I will also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy. I strive to meet each individual and family where they are at. I genuinely enjoy being able to help people and families through therapy work.
I completed my bachelors and masters degree at Springfield College. Throughout my academic career I completed many internship placements in order to deeper dive into finding my interests and passions. I have worked in a multitude of settings including but not limited to, the group home setting, outpatient children and family work, mobile crisis intervention, forensic and correctional mental health, outpatient psychotherapy and inpatient psychiatric treatment.
I offer psychotherapy sessions virtually and have limited in person slots on the South Shore and right outside of the Boston area for late afternoon and evening week day sessions, as well as weekend openings. I am happy to set up phone consultations with prospective clients, as well. When full, I am happy to connect you to other therapists as well.
