Message to clients

I’m here to help you make a change and I’m honored to walk this journey with you! My passion is to help you connect to the parts of you that need healing. Feeling “stuck” can look different for everyone – through low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, feeling unsafe, negative view of yourself, lack of confidence and irritability. I am here to guide you to help you transform pain into a life worth celebrating.

I am an EMDR therapist and my education and experience have provided me with the skills necessary to be highly effective. EMDR is a powerful therapy that can help you process what you feel more rapidly and move from feeling stuck and incapable of change to a place of freedom and relief.

I have seen the incredible changes in each and every one of my clients. I believe in your growth and know you are capable of moving forward. Learn how to navigate the waves of change with confidence and ease. Life doesn't have to be so difficult, let’s work it out together. Give me a call today.
