My approach is collaborative. I will meet you where you are to support you in being the best version of youself. I am trained in different modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, insight oriented/psychodynamic psychotherapy). Therefore, I am able to tailor my clinical approach to each individual’s needs and work integratively.

My goal is to help my clients learn new and more effective coping skills, make meaningful life changes, heal from past trauma, establish healthier relationships, and work towards achieving the life that they envision for themselves. The most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. This will be our starting point.
