Professional statement

Hello, I am Nico Ortiz, LPCC and I am very excited you have stopped by; reaching out is the very first step to achieving the help and support you may need along your unique journey.

As a licensed psychotherapist and USAF Vet I understand first hand how trauma effects not only our relationships but our physical bodies. How our nervous systems respond can be very tricky to navigate alone, but with guidance and support we can get through even the toughest moments together.

My professional background has been in the out patient and residential settings, where I have worked as both primary/group therapist as well as, Clinical Director. I have extensive experience offering in-person and tele-health services, working with individuals and groups from all walks of life. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care.

I treat a number of mental health disorders including: Complex-Trauma with Grief and Loss, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Inner Child work , and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, groups, and couples therapy

Message to clients

Finding a nonjudgmental, compassionate ear to share those difficult internal feelings can be hard. I will support your journey, help facilitate your growth, and teach you to navigate and heal your suffering.

Whether you are seeking a sympathetic listener to share your journey with or an experienced trauma specialist to process your deepest wounds, I will travel with you every step of the way.

I have worked with folks from all facets of life; from professional athletes/entertainers and executives to families, couples, groups, and individuals. I love the uniqueness of each individual journey.

I hope to bring this richness to our work together.

I look forward to speaking with you.
