Message to clients

What do you need so that you feel like your day is going as it should ? Let’s figure it out together. We partner, to create the kind of day you wish to achieve.

I help individuals create their own health identities. Health identities involve fuel, movement, sleep and stress. We take each of these facets and rework then to fit you, your lifestyle, and your goals. I help individuals find attainable ways to create systems that allow them to work within what is realistic in their daily lives.

My goal is to help you discover what works to keep you going on the days you have less time for yourself, as well as the days when you might have a bit more time.

Therapy and health are naturally connected in that one informs the other . I firmly believe that finding what one needs emotionally and physically can create dramatic change for ourselves and the people we share out lives with.
