Nicole, while formally trained a social worker worker, is a health consultant. As such, she is particularly passionate about serving women and helping them develop individualized action plans around fuel, stress, sleep, and movement. Nicole’s experience informs her interests and motivations. She is passionate about finding the choices that enable the busiest of women to feel grounded, healthy, and clear as they move through their day. She also holds certificates in nutrition and behavior change.
Nicole is trained as social worker, and has worked in a variety of treatment settings. She is informed by her passion for health and uses CBT, mindfulness, and client narrative to inform her work. This approach results in her clients feeling like they have a obtainable rhythm to their everyday that keeps them comfortably accountable and with a clear vision of their short and long term health goals.
Nicole received her Masters of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. She gained experience in a variety of treatment settings; including group homes, outpatient community mental health, and schools.
