Message to clients

It can be so healing to find someone who you can be yourself with for an hour a week, talk about all the things that are important to you, and not have to worry about feeling judged or shamed. So many of us worry about being "too much" for the people in our lives. We hold in everything for fear of being a burden or that they simply won't be able to understand. As your therapist, I promise that you and your story will never be too much for me. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and heard during our sessions while also helping build skills to manage the difficulties in your life and promote healing from your past experiences. I look forward to working along side you in your healing journey and reclaiming the life you want.
