Dr. Nikki Rollo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Brooklyn, NY who specializes in stress and anxiety, disordered eating, body image issues, and spiritual exploration. She particularly enjoys working with adults who are interested in mind-body work and want to look deeper into their inner world to figure out who they really are, and what they want out of life in order discover their full potential.
Dr. Rollo has extensive training in Jungian psychology and mindfulness practices. She believes in going beyond just managing symptoms to help clients explore the lesser known parts of themselves. She is interested in Compassion-Focused Therapy and creates a safe space for clients to share their inner thoughts, dreams and desires. She also incorporates mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork to teach clients healthy coping skills that cultivate self-compassion and an awareness of their inner world.
Dr. Rollo has over a decade of experience working with individuals navigating eating disorders and body image dissatisfaction. She ultimately wants her clients to live a meaningful and authentic life. Her office is located near the 9th Street Station on the border of Park Slope in Brooklyn.

Eating disorders - Reducing unhealthy eating patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, such as restricting, purging, and binging; healing the emotional pain surrounding disordered eating
Body image issues - Coping with negative beliefs and feelings of shame about one’s appearance; building skills to manage distressing situations and thought patterns
Mindfulness - Practices to encourage a state of active, open attention on the present
Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
