Dr. Nikki Rollo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Brooklyn, NY who specializes in stress and anxiety, disordered eating, body image issues, and spiritual exploration. She particularly enjoys working with adults who are interested in mind-body work and want to look deeper into their inner world to figure out who they really are and what that want out of life in order discover their full potential.
Dr. Rollo has extensive training in Jungian psychology and mindfulness practices. She believes in going beyond just managing symptoms to help clients explore the lesser known parts of themselves. She is interested in Compassion-Focused Therapy and creates a safe space for clients to share their inner thoughts, dreams and desires.
