She helps her couples create a personalized “tool kit” of strategies to assist in managing emotional triggers that are very common for all relationships, in combination with those specific to each distinctive couple.
What makes Dr. Polyne unique as a therapist is her interest in diversity, cultural background, spirituality, and their influence on our unique presence in the world. It’s important throughout therapy to make connections between the ways in which we are raised, and how we show up in the present moment. Every individual is unique, and treatment will be delivered utilizing a patient-centered approach. Dr. Polyne has a specialty in treating work stress and burnout, insomnia, anxiety, depression and couples.
Her practice is virtual so that she can serve couples and individuals in CA and PA.
